I was tagged and thought I could try to come up with 50 things about me....

1. In my mind I am interested in many more things than I actually am, such as being crafty creative, super outdoorsy, losing weight, avid reader...
2. I'm a decent cook if I follow a recipe, but don't ask me to create from scratch and pick spices.
3. I absolutely hate the smell of baking blueberry muffins and cooked peas.
4. I love to travel. The goal is to go to the 6 inhabited continents (I'm already to 4), and all 50 states.
5. I love teaching-my favorite callings.
6. One of my regrets in life is slacking with my education.
7. I love knowing things about people and keeping up-one reason I love blogs.
8. I love real Christmas trees and am very picky about how mine is decorated.
9. I am pretty dumb when it comes to computers-maybe someday I will take a class.
10. I am a picker and a plucker. Most of it is hereditary. I always picked my scabs when I was little, and poor Grant now suffers the consequences.
11. I technically asked Grant out on our first date-but that didn't stop him from kissing me the same night.
12. I love to wrap presents.
13. I've never had sushi.
14. Most everyone gets a different first impression and tell me later that I am way different than they thought.
15. I really want to live abroad.
16. I love weddings and family reunions.
17. My family moved in the middle of my senior year.
18. A favorite memory with my mom is midnight grocery shopping.
19. I didn't get my ears pierced until I was almost 24.
20. I love all the seasons and holidays.
21. I love being a hostess.
22. Someday I want a house to be the hostess I really want to be and decorate for the holidays.
23. I prefer driving a stick shift over automatic.
24. I got lice on my mission.
25. I love going out to eat.
26. I hate tipping, but would never stiff a server- and most likely never below 15% unless they were really bad.
27. I can rarely finish a whole carbonated drink on my own anymore.
28. I'm not very good at keeping up on the news- Grant is my informant.
29. I love people-watching and would love to know more of the stories behind them.
30. I don't really know how to play poker or any cards as such.
31. I know all my first cousins by name, and most of them more than just that. And with both sides that is almost 70.
32. I am really bad about guesstimating or knowing populations and remembering years of birthdays, therefore ages of people.
33. I love BYU and am a cougar at heart.
34. I rarely would quit a job unless circumstances change, such as moving etc., even when I don't really like it. And I don't know if the majority of that is because I don't want to have to find a new one.
35. One of my greatest fears is not fulfilling my potential.
36. I could sleep almost anywhere, anytime.
37. My natural resting face makes me look angry and people always think I am mad if I am not smiling.
38. My favorite ice cream is mint cookies and cream, not chocolate chip, which is hard to find.
39. I am opinionated and will generally give advice to anyone who will ask.
40. Most days it takes me forever to decide what to wear in the morning.
41. I am terrible at letter correspondence-my family even complained about how short my emails were from my mission.
42. I also hate talking on the phone.
43. I've never really hung out on an ocean beach on a warm sunny day in my bathing suit. First time to the beach/ocean was on my mission in Chile.
44. I actually enjoy writing and giving talks in Sacrament meeting.
45. I played softball for 7 years when I was young and now play on a coed work team with Grant.
46. I love to watch movies, play games and talk-not all at the same time.
47. My sister Rosemary and I played "slug bug" with smart cars when we lived in Paris for a month.
48. I have random dream jobs like a nurse, flight attendant, flower arranger and sometimes a nanny in London. Most of these were if I was to never get married.
49. I am the middle of 5 kids. One of everything for me, older brother, younger brother, older sister and younger sister.
50. And for those who held out and read this.... I am going to be a MOTHER!!!! That's right I am pregnant.
