Society is filled with such wonderful people isn’t it? People who are true pillars of the community and exist for the sole purpose of bettering themselves and all those around them. Julius T. Hayes of Memphis, TN however is not one of those people, quite the opposite actually. Apparently while sitting in his car at about 1 pm on Wednesday afternoon Mr. Hayes became infuriated with this girlfriend who was standing on the outside of the vehicle. He then proceeded to grab her by the hair, roll up the window and drive down the street all the while dragging the girlfriend along side the car. Eventually the window broke and the victim was left suffering cuts, scrapes and bruises to her entire body. She was then taken to a local area hospital.

The real kicker here is that Julies T. Hayes has been arrested more than 14 times since 1999… 14 TIMES!!! Are you kidding me with this asshole! Hayes is scheduled to appear in court today.
